We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Healthcare Trainer to teach students enrolled in the General Duty Assistant (GDA) program. The candidate should have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of patient care and healthcare practices and be passionate about teaching and mentoring students. Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training for the GDA course. Prepare lesson plans and training materials. Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments. Guide students in developing clinical and professional skills. Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports. Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment. Eligibility B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (preferred). Teaching or clinical experience is preferred. Good communication and presentation skills.
