About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, your primary product is whatever we need to scale next. You will own the sales pipeline from hello to handshake. We provide the platform, the backend support, and an uncapped commission structure; you bring the grit, the charm, and the relentless drive to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt & Converted: Identify, prospect, and aggressively pitch to high-value leads.
- Master the Pitch: Overcome objections smoothly, pivot on a dime, and tailor value propositions to any audience instantly.
- Own the Pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to final negotiation and contract signing.
- Exceed Targets: Hit (and smash) monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build Relationships: Turn a "no" into a "not right now," and turn a "yes" into a lifelong partner.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven sales experience (though if you can prove you’re a prodigy, we don't care about the years).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly persuasive and captivating.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to keep your pipeline organized.
- Drive: A laptop, a stable internet connection, and a burning desire to make an obscene amount of money.
