About the Role
We are hiring an Account Executive to manage accounting operations, customer collections, credit control, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in Tally Prime, MS Excel, Accounts Receivable , Credit Control, Ledger Reconciliation and Collection Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and customer outstanding balances.
- Prepare customer ageing reports and collection status reports.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely collections and payment updates.
- Review customer credit limits and assist in credit approval processes.
- Release orders as per company credit policies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
Required Skills
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation, and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
