About the Role
ECLearnix is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Consultant to strengthen our digital presence, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement across our diverse products and services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital advertising. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives, including educational programs, conferences, publications, product launches, and the growth of the All College Event (ACE) platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars for ECLearnix and the All College Event platform.
- Promote courses, workshops, webinars, conferences, journals, certifications, and institutional partnerships.
- Drive awareness and user acquisition for the All College Event website by promoting events, institutions, organizers, and platform features.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, X, and emerging digital channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop engaging creatives, reels, animations, and promotional videos.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, campus ambassador programs, and institutional collaborations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing practices.
About You
- 5 - 10 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for education, events, and technology.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, media, event platforms, or technology startups.
- Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience running lead generation, conversion, and awareness campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Content Marketing will be an added advantage.
