Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2-4 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior works for residential and/or commercial projects, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning as per project requirements Prepare detailed drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, and site staff for smooth execution
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fittings in line with project design and budget
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure design implementation as per drawings
- Prepare BOQs, assist in costing, and support procurement activities
- Handle client discussions, design presentations, and incorporate feedback effectively
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, MS Office (Revit is an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and execution details
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of local vendors, contractors, and market rates in Mumbai.
- Willingness to travel to project sites

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
