Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, UI/UX Design, Software Development, and Digital Marketing.
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals and assist in closing business deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions to clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development (Training will be provided for freshers).
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, or any Graduate.
- Fluent in Hindi and English communication.
