- Knowledge Required: Have significant knowledge in sheet metal processes. Experience in the sheet metal industry will be preferred. Should have basic knowledge about 5S, Six Sigma, etc.
- Team leadership: Supervise and coordinate production workers, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
- Production management: Create and manage production schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure production targets are met.
- Quality control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Operations and troubleshooting: Troubleshoot production issues, facilitate corrections for equipment malfunctions, and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Inventory and materials: Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements for production.
- Staff development: Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve their skills and performance.
