Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth documentation and transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
