Phoenix Ads is looking for confident and motivated Sales Representatives to handle client calls and close advertising sales. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about achieving targets, this role is perfect for you. As part of an advertising firm, you'll also get opportunities to be involved in advertisements, reels, brand promotions, and gain valuable media exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable advertising solutions.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to confidently communicate, negotiate, and close sales.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Punctual, professional, and passionate about sales.
