Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a professional attitude to ensure a positive experience for customers, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies and place replenishment requests when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining records and preparing reports as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Support the administration team with day-to-day office operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,597.68 - ₹24,001.93 per month
