Homework Living is looking for an Architect OR interior Designer who understands both design and people. This role is for our Kochi store — someone who can translate layouts into conversations, and conversations into confident buying decisions.
If you enjoy discussing space planning as much as closing a deal, this might suit you.
What you’ll do:
- Guide walk-in clients with layout ideas, furniture planning, and material suggestions
- Work closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers
- Prepare basic drawings, mood suggestions, and space proposals
- Convert store enquiries into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and follow-ups
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
What we’re looking for:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales mindset with a design-first approach
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture proportions
- Experience in retail furniture or interior sales is a plus
