Vilcon Rubber Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry / Computer Operator to join our team in Central Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory databases, logging sales and purchase orders, and ensuring all digital records for our automotive spare parts are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Inputting daily sales, purchases, invoices, and production data into our internal systems.
- Inventory Tracking: Updating and maintaining records of auto spare parts, including part numbers, SKUs, pricing, and stock levels.
- Verification: Checking source documents for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies or missing information.
- Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status and sales figures for upper management.
- Documentation: Scanning, filing, and organizing physical documents alongside digital backups.
- Routine Correspondence: Handling basic email communication with dealers, vendors, or internal team members regarding data updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or Computer Operator (experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or spare parts industry is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data sorting).
- Familiarity with accounting/inventory software like Tally Prime or Busy is highly preferred.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Language: Good understanding of English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Traits: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and reliability in handling confidential data.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
