Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong background in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality accommodations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting smooth day-to-day property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms and common areas.
· Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are met.
· Monitor housekeeping staff performance, attendance, grooming, and productivity.
· Allocate daily tasks and prepare duty rosters for housekeeping associates.
· Ensure timely room readiness for guest check-ins and check-outs.
· Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, amenities, and cleaning equipment.
· Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Operations teams to resolve guest requests and operational issues.
· Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services and ensure prompt resolution.
· Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and customer service.
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
· SSLC / PUC with Diploma, or certification in Hospitality Management (preferred).
· 2 - 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within hotels (3-star, 4-star, or 5-star properties), resorts, co-living spaces, or hospitality properties.
· Knowledge of room inspection standards, linen management, and housekeeping SOPs.
· Experience supervising housekeeping teams.
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,913.63 per month
