Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and bills to guests.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and balance cash drawers.
- Reconcile cash and revenue at the end of each shift.
- Liaise with the front desk, restaurant, and accounts team on billing matters.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to guests during payment processes.
- Report discrepancies and assist in monthly audits.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
