The Whispering Woods is seeking a proactive, responsible, and operations-focused Supervisor to oversee day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning across assigned departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating departmental activities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can adapt to different operational functions including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Activities, Maintenance, Events, and other resort operations as assigned by management.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Supervise daily operations across assigned departments and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor operational efficiency and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Ensure all departments maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of operational areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist management in implementing operational procedures and best practices.
Team Supervision
- Lead, guide, and supervise operational staff across assigned departments.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor team performance.
- Ensure proper attendance, grooming, discipline, and conduct of employees.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to staff.
Guest Service & Experience
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of guest issues.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Support management in enhancing overall guest satisfaction and experience.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Activities teams.
- Ensure timely communication of operational requirements and management directives.
- Assist in organizing events, group bookings, and special guest requirements.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor departmental inventory, supplies, and operational resources.
- Ensure proper utilization and handling of company assets.
- Report shortages, damages, or maintenance requirements.
- Assist in stock control and inventory audits as required.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and guests.
- Report accidents, incidents, and operational risks immediately.
- Support implementation of hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and departmental performance.
- Assist management with operational planning and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, restaurants, guest services, or operations supervision.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Duty Manager, or similar role preferred.
- Experience in multi-department hospitality operations will be an advantage.

Compensation
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
