Key Responsibilities;
Digital Content and Editorial Support
- Assist in implementing the firm’s digital communications strategy.
- Support the creation and management of the editorial calendar for articles, client alerts, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in identifying relevant legal topics for digital publication.
- Draft and edit content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Ensure content aligns with the firm’s brand voice and professional standards.
Website and Platform Management
- Support ongoing management and maintenance of the firm’s website including uploading articles, updating pages, and ensuring content accuracy.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
Social Media and Campaign Execution
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across digital platforms including LinkedIn.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for firm announcements, thought leadership, and events.
- Research emerging trends in digital communications, legal marketing, and social media engagement.
- Monitor industry developments and assist in identifying opportunities for thought leadership and digital outreach.
- Track and report on social media performance and audience engagement.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns including newsletter preparation, mailing list management, and segmentation using platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Track campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with lawyers and internal teams to gather information and coordinate digital communications.
- Assist the Communications Lead in ensuring consistent messaging across digital and print platforms.

Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools such as Zoho.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with simple design tools such as Canva is advantageous.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in digital communications, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.
- Experience working with professional services or service organizations will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
