Salmanjori Estate , a Boutique Resort is hiring a Front Office Assistant/Associate in Santiniketan. . The role involves managing front desk operations along with basic administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations like Reservations, Check In & Check out
- Check out , Cash Handling
- Address guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Operate the front office systems including PMS (Property Management System).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Ensure a professional and well-organized office environment
Requirements:
- Diploma /Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hotel / Hospitality Management
- Front Office knowledge is must from 4/5 star category Hotels / Resorts
- Experience with PMS software like Wincloud / IDS/ OPERA is preferred.
- Experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Well-groomed, organized, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
