Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the evolving needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be essential to ensure that the solutions provided are effective and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software release management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
