Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Hair Transplant Surgeon to join a growing aesthetic and dermatology practice. The role involves performing hair transplant procedures, consulting patients, and contributing to clinic revenue through effective treatment planning and patient conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Perform FUE and/or DHI hair transplant procedures
- Design natural hairlines based on patient profile and expectations
- Handle graft extraction, slit creation, and implantation
- Ensure adherence to sterilization and safety protocols
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care
Patient Consultation
- Evaluate patients and recommend suitable treatment plans
- Clearly explain procedure details, risks, and expected outcomes
- Convert consultations into procedures through effective counselling
Clinic Contribution
- Maintain detailed patient records and case documentation
- Work with the clinic team to achieve monthly targets
- Support patient retention and follow-up care
Requirements
- MBBS (mandatory)
- Training or certification in hair transplant procedures (FUE/DHI)
- Valid medical registration
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to independently handle procedures is an advantage
Skills
- Strong surgical precision and attention to detail
- Good communication and patient counselling ability
- Commercial awareness and result-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance incentives or revenue share available
- Flexible engagement models for experienced consultants

- Day shift
