Qualification : Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Civil, Mining preferred)
Experience : 5-10 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete plant operations and production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production and dispatch targets.
- Monitor loading, transportation, and material supply.
- Manage manpower, labour attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor diesel consumption and operational costs.
- Maintain quality standards of materials and services.
- Ensure HSSE (Health, Safety, and Security & Environment) compliance.
- Coordinate with management, project teams, and vendors.
- Prepare daily operational reports and resolve plant-related issues.
