Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manual & Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and manual testing practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing strategies, automation frameworks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to develop effective test strategies and test cases.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Build and execute automated UI, API, and integration test suites
- Perform performance, security, usability, and reliability testing.
- Execute exploratory testing to identify hidden defects and improve overall product quality.
- Validate user stories against acceptance criteria and document test results comprehensively
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for web-based applications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to preventive quality measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including both Manual and Automation Testing.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Playwright frameworks.
Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test automation scripts.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Experience leading testing initiatives or mentoring team members is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
