Position: Operations Coordinator – Production & Quality
Experience Required: 1–6 years

Key Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Tracking
- Prepare and monitor daily and weekly production plans based on customer requirements.
- Track job progress across all manufacturing stages and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and quality departments for smooth workflow execution.
- Monitor material availability and update production status regularly.
- Maintain production schedules and prioritize urgent jobs as required.
Documentation Management
- Prepare and maintain production-related documentation, including job cards, process sheets, inspection reports, dispatch records, and material tracking reports.
- Ensure all records are updated accurately and maintained as per company standards.
- Maintain customer records, order history, and production status reports.
Customer Communication
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Provide timely updates on production progress and dispatch schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate internally for quick resolution.
- Support customer audits and documentation requirements when needed.
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure production targets and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Escalate delays or production concerns proactively to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and tracking processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
