- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial Services.
- Overall, 7+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience in the GCC banking environment is preferred.
- Strong exposure to Retail Banking Systems, including Core banking platforms iMAL - Azentio, Digital banking channels Appzilon i-exceed, OBDX, Payments systems, Customer servicing platforms
- Experience working with vendor-led implementations and internal IT delivery teams.
- Hands-on involvement in User Acceptance Testing UAT, Change management, Production rollout support,
- Business Analysis certification, such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent, preferred.
- Retail Banking Transformation Support
- Support Retail Banking transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
- Act as the key liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and governance stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements align with business strategy, IT roadmap, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Requirement Analysis Documentation
- Conduct initiative scoping, feasibility analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Work on systems including Core retail banking systems, Customer servicing systems, Digital channels, Mobile, Internet Branch, Call Centre, Payments, cards, and customer onboarding systems
- Documentation Deliverables: Prepare and maintain key artefacts such as Business Requirements Documents BRD, Functional specifications, User Stories, Process maps and workflows, Use cases and data flow diagrams, Stakeholder Engagement, Facilitate requirements workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Collaborate with Retail banking and operations teams, Finance, compliance, and risk departments, Internal IT teams, delivery, integration, infrastructure, information security, External vendors and system integrators
- Testing Change Management
- Support UAT planning and execution, including Requirement clarifications, Gap analysis, Test case validation, and defect analysis
- Manage requirement changes and impact assessments through formal change management processes.
- Compliance Governance
- Ensure requirements address Regulatory requirements, Security standards, Operational and performance considerations
- Collaboration Knowledge Transfer
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clarify business needs and resolve requirement gaps.
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness for system continuity.
