- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Environment and Configuration Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Murex environment.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices to maintain system integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software customization.
