Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining company services/products, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Follow up with leads and interested customers
- Handle customer questions professionally
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales/support team when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience preferred
- Freshers can also applyQualifications
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹17,500 per month
