About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our HRMS solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive in generating business, managing leads, and executing marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, and networking
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closure
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead funnels
- Identify potential clients and build strong sales pipelines
- Conduct product demos and presentations for HRMS solutions
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in field visits, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales (HRMS experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong ownership attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
