For more details visit: www.iserveu.in Requirements Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang. Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services. Develop scalable microservices and integrate with internal and third-party systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Leverage AI-powered developer tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, and test case generation while validating AI-generated outputs. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Golang. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and gRPC. Good understanding of Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency. Basic understanding of Microservices architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL. Familiarity with Redis or caching mechanisms. Basic knowledge of Docker and Git. Understanding of CI/CD concepts. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Good to Have Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Banking domain. Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows and prompt engineering. Qualification B.Tech or MCA from a recognized university. Preferred Qualities Strong analytical and communication skills. Quick learner with a passion for backend technologies. Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI-assisted development practices.
