Key Responsibilities
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in Zoho Books Zoho Books
- Handle procurement of life science products such as:Laboratory reagents, Diagnostic kits, Scientific instruments, Consumables and chemicals
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Compare quotations and maintain procurement records
- Track order status, shipment schedules, and pending deliveries
- Verify invoices, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and PO accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards
- Prepare procurement reports
- Support tender/bid procurement documentation when required
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books Zoho Books
- Knowledge of purchase order workflows and inventory management
- Understanding of laboratory/life science products
- Strong Excel and documentation skills
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and coordination ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:Biotechnology /Life Sciences /Microbiology
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase processing
- Experience in biotech, diagnostics, pharma, or scientific distribution companies preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
