Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Sales team. In this role, you will connect with customers who have already shown interest in our product, understand their requirements, and guide them through calls and online meetings.
Job Responsibilities
- Connect with interested customers through calls (lead data will be provided by the company)
- Understand customer requirements and explain product features in a simple and clear manner
- Schedule and conduct product demos over calls or online meetings
- Answer customer queries and help them understand the product benefits
- Follow up with customers and support conversion
- Support customer onboarding after successful closure
- Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Follow company processes and maintain updates in the system
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or similar roles
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and online meetings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and basic English
Education
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce / Accounting background preferred)
- MBA / M.Com preferred but not mandatory

₹18,600 – ₹30,000 per month plus incentive, separate.
