Responsibilities for Experienced ProfessionalsExperienced technicians operate as highly synchronized co-surgeons who directly impact graft survival rates.Surgical Execution: Perform manual/motorized micro-punching and assist with skin slitting protocols.Advanced Implantation: Competently load and deploy Choi Implanter Pens used in DHI procedures.High-Speed Graft Management: Dissect, sort, and isolate follicular units under microscopic loops with minimal transection rates.Regenerative Therapies: Safely draw blood, centrifuge, and prepare PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) treatments.Team Leadership: Supervise junior staff, manage clinic inventory, and ensure compliance with NABH medical standards.Minimum Hiring RequirementsEducation: Diploma or B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or a standard GNM/B.Sc. Nursing degree.Physical Demands: Near-perfect vision, zero hand tremors, and the physical stamina to stay focused during surgeries
