Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the Director who can efficiently manage the Director's daily schedule, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced furniture business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, Production, Purchase, and Logistics for timely follow-ups.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important business documents.
- Assist in vendor, client, and customer communication.
- Track pending payments, quotations, purchase orders, and project updates.
- Organize meetings, business visits, exhibitions, and events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
- Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and expense records.
- Follow up with employees and department heads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform any other administrative or business support tasks assigned by the Director.

Technical Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace
- Email management (Outlook/Gmail)
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally will be an added advantage
- Strong MIS and report preparation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary.
- Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, retail, or interior industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
