Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and queries regarding textile products and orders.
- Provide product information such as fabric type, GSM, color options, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, dyeing, weaving, and dispatch teams for order updates.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of textile fabrics, garments, yarns, or apparel products
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Textiles, Fashion Technology, Business Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or textile merchandising/customer support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
