Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Search Ads, with a strong focus on driving course enrollments and generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Search Ads
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPL, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments
- Manage ad budgets effectively to avoid overspend and maximize ROI
- Create and maintain performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad assets
- Identify and target relevant audience segments for each course vertical
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of lead generation through paid digital channels
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and pixel setup
- Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Experience in the education sector is a plus but not mandatory
