Project evaluation:
- Support the Economic Zone teams at head office, region, business unit in the pre-evaluation and evaluation of economic zone projects, namely with respect to commercial evaluation.
- Prepare concept notes for new projects post pre-evaluation of these new projects.
Market intelligence:
- Prepare monthly market intelligence reports which will provide relevant information capable of impacting our economic zone projects.
Project updates:
- Liaise with regional and BU teams to obtain regular updates on the progress of projects under evaluation and/or under execution.
- Prepare monthly project update reports.
Standard Processes
- Contribute towards the implementation of new standard policies for the identification, evaluation of economic zone projects
Commercial:
- Ensure that each EZ project has a standard commercial presentation
- Contribute on a case by case basis, in the preparation of commercial presentations for specific customers.
OTHER
Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
