About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer (3–4 years) who can design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Flutter and Dart, and the ability to take ownership of features end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.
- Implement advanced state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party tools.
- Optimize application performance, handle debugging, and resolve production issues.
- Ensure code quality through proper architecture, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Manage deployment processes for Play Store and App Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, packages, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong understanding of Dart, widget lifecycle, and Flutter architecture.
- Proficiency in state management (Provider / Bloc / GetX / Riverpod).
- Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON parsing, and authentication flows.
- Practical experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM).
- Familiarity with app release processes (Play Store & App Store).
- Understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Good knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
- Knowledge of animation frameworks and advanced UI components.
- Exposure to automated testing (unit, widget, integration tests).
- Experience working in agile development environments.
