We are a growing construction and real estate development firm based in Khopoli. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect who can independently handle building planning, statutory approvals (liaisoning), and coordination during execution for residential and small commercial projects.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of Maharashtra building rules and UDCPR and should be comfortable working closely with the builder, site team, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities1. Building Planning & Design
- Prepare building plans as per UDCPR and Maharashtra regulations
- Design efficient layout planning considering FSI, setbacks, parking, fire norms, and services
- Prepare 2D drawings:
- Layout plans
- Floor plans
- Sections and elevations
- Prepare basic 3D views / walkthroughs for client presentations
2. Statutory Approvals & Liaisoning
- Handle complete building approval process, including:
- Building Permission
- Commencement Certificate (CC)
- Plinth Approval
- Completion / Occupancy Certificate (OC)
- Coordinate with:
- Municipal Council / Planning Authority
- Town Planning Department
- Fire Department
- Other approving authorities as required
- Prepare and submit all required approval drawings, forms, and documents
- Follow up with authorities until approvals are received
3. Execution & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Site engineers
- Structural consultants
- MEP consultants (as required)
- Issue working drawings for site execution
- Visit sites in and around Khopoli when required
- Resolve drawing-related issues during construction
- Ensure construction is as per approved plans
4. Software & Technical Skills
- Must be proficient in:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of:
- SketchUp / Revit / ArchiCAD
- Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape (preferred)
- Ability to prepare municipal submission drawings and documentation
Knowledge & Compliance
- Strong knowledge of:
- UDCPR (Unified Development Control & Promotion Regulations)
- MRTP Act
- Maharashtra municipal and town planning rules
- Awareness of:
- Fire safety norms
- Parking norms
- Environmental regulations (basic level)
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in municipal approvals and liaisoning is mandatory
- Experience in town / semi-urban projects will be an advantage

- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience)
