About the Role
We’re hiring a Patient Care Specialist at Marbles Health for our Central Line, Mumbai team.

Its flagship product, EASE, is India's first medically licensed portable neuromodulation system, delivering safer and more effective medical care for conditions ranging from depression, anxiety, and addiction to aphasia, cognitive decline, ADHD, and OCD.
We visit patients at their homes and clinics and help them complete their brain health treatment using a small, safe device. Your role is to ensure every patient feels comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit patients at home or at clinics and run treatment sessions.
- Set up the device and follow the treatment protocol provided during training.
- Check in with patients, answer their questions, and keep them at ease.
- Fill in treatment notes after each visit.
- Travel as required for patient visits.
