We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our growing team in Durgapur.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in developing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM modeling, clash detection, coordination, and preparation of construction documentation using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models based on design drawings and project specifications.
- Perform interdisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Produce schedules, quantities, and model-based documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP design teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement design revisions.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, project standards, and quality procedures.
- Handle and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality output.
- Support project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Team handling and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior modelers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- BIM/Revit certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working on international projects (US, UK, Middle East, Australia, or Europe) is Mandatory.
- Knowledge of BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Dynamo is a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
