We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items.
- Organize events, conferences, and executive visits as required.
- Perform general administrative and operational support tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with senior executives or founders.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and virtual meeting platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
