Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by generating new leads, developing client relationships, identifying tender opportunities, and securing projects in HDD, OFC, HT UG/OH, Railway Crossing, NH Crossing, and Cable Laying sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and experience in infrastructure or EPC sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government departments, EPC companies, utilities, and private clients.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Tender and Operations teams for proposal preparation and project costing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
