Salary: ₹13,000 (In-Hand)
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English/Hindi
Basic typing and computer knowledge
Role Overview:
- Handle customer queries through calls
- Provide clear and accurate responses to customers
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and SOPs while resolving queries
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
