Onion Insights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an 'Operations Team Leader' to manage daily project execution for Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience Assessment programs. The role requires strong follow-up, team coordination, deadline ownership, and the ability to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide operations executives for daily task completion.
- Manage daily execution of assigned Mystery Shopping / CX projects.
- Coordinate with Mystery Shoppers for briefing, follow-ups, submissions, and corrections.
- Track report status, deadlines, overdue cases, and closures.
- Maintain project trackers and share timely updates with seniors.
- Coordinate with Quality Check Teams for corrections and report readiness.
- Identify delays and project risks early.
- Ensure Client timelines and internal delivery standards are met.
Required Skills
- Team handling ability.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Experience: 2-4 years in Operations, Field Coordination, Market Research, Mystery Shopping, Retail Audits, or Customer Experience-related roles preferred.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
