Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and support sales growth across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and catalog updates.
- Handle order processing, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Optimize listings using basic product SEO practices.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow marketplace policies and maintain account compliance.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and order processing.
- Basic understanding of product SEO and marketplace guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with export sales or international e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
