Job Title: HR Intern
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, scheduling interviews, and other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with a strong interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Management activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Understanding of HR Policies and procedures, with willingness to learn policy implementation and compliance.
- Basic awareness of Employee Benefits and related HR administration tasks.
- Interest in Personnel Management, including employee engagement, communication, and relationship-building.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and readiness to learn HR software or internal systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate in a team environment, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
