Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Generate new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Client Interaction:
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Negotiate terms and close deals with customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reports to the management team.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Analyze customer feedback and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the product or service teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Provide after-sales support to resolve issues and maintain customer loyalty.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights into sales trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (typically 1-3 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
