Job Summary
Revalsys Technologies is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive – Software Solutions to drive business growth by promoting and selling software products, SaaS solutions, and technology services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients in person, generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.
This role is best suited for professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who enjoy interacting with customers and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads from various channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Field Sales Activities
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Visit prospective customers and present software solutions and technology services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain solution benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience in field sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solutions sales.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, software sales, or technology solutions sales.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, ATS, CRM, ERP, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud Solutions, or SaaS products is preferred.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,201.78 - ₹85,623.71 per month
