Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple HR functions, maintaining employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
- Assist management in HR-related strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- (Minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or related field.
- Proven experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
