Position Overview : Inside Sales Executive (Marathi Speaking)

The Inside Sales Executive (Marathi Speaking) will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound residential rooftop solar leads through phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and CRM-driven follow-ups. This role focuses on customer qualification, requirement understanding, preliminary system sizing, proposal explanation, subsidy awareness, and appointment coordination with field sales teams.
The candidate must be fluent in Marathi, confident in customer conversations, comfortable handling high lead volumes, and disciplined in CRM usage. Prior experience in solar inside sales is preferred, with strong learning ability in solar technical concepts.
