About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for owning client relationships end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment, smooth delivery, and long-term account growth. This role goes beyond coordination and focuses on client confidence, performance outcomes, and retention.
What You’ll Work On
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary owner of assigned client accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Lead client calls, reviews, and performance discussions
Strategy & Performance Alignment
- Ensure client objectives are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans
- Align internal teams with client goals, KPIs, and priorities
- Monitor performance against agreed outcomes and flag gaps early
Account Delivery & Oversight
- Oversee timelines, scope, and quality across projects and retainers
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and expectations
- Manage scope changes and communicate impact on timelines or costs
Growth & Retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
- Support renewals and long-term account expansion
- Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and referrals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
