Gotech Digi Marketing Solutions is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Shopify Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Shopify stores to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and e-commerce stores.
- Design and implement custom Shopify themes and templates.
- Customize existing Shopify themes based on business requirements.
- Integrate and configure third-party Shopify applications and plugins.
- Manage product catalogs, collections, discounts, and store settings.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate payment gateways and shipping solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure website functionality, security, and regular maintenance.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices for Shopify stores.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to execute website projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Shopify features, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 Years of experience in Shopify Development.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform and theme customization.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
- Experience with Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus & Metafields etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on live Shopify stores.
- Understanding of Shopify APIs and custom app integrations.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for e-commerce websites.
